I think all 3 candidates have different qualities they can bring to the leadership and choosing betwen them has been very difficult. They are all good candidates and the Lib Dems will thrive whoever wins.
Simon Hughes inspires Liberals. He is committed to social justice and civil liberties and communicates his deeply-held beliefs in a clear confident way.
I want a leader with committment, energy and belief and Simon Hughes ticks those boxes.
I’ve been impressed by Chris Huhne – particularly on the environment and the depth and level of his experience and expertise. He gets my 2nd preference.
Ming has grown into his role as leadership contender. I though his PMQs today were his best yet. I would be happy if he was elected leader and am only sorry there are no more of my preferences to give!
