In the mid-1990s I started an online archive of Election Results in Leicestershire and Rutland. It started out as a way of letting students at Leicester and De Montfort Universities know who was their local councillor or MP. It covers the period 1995 to 1999.
In the days before The Public Whip, I wrote some basic software to process Hansard text on Parliamentary Divisions. I analysed 16 Divisions in 2002 and 2003 and will add these from my old site in due course.
